If today were a nice Sunday afternoon, this would have been my ideal outfit and the ipad would have been my ideal companion.

Lady in Red

I don’t know when it started, but one day I woke up and fell in love with the color red.   I was a late bloomer and did not  like dresses and skirts until well into my mid/late twenties.

Today, I love wearing red lipstick, prancing around the city in my red coat and most of all, red skirts.

It is a very versatile color a and can be paired with gray, purple and white. If you want to be daring you can pair different shades of red together, that I have not mastered yet.

This skirt below is made in Canada by TC PETITES, I could not find them on the internet. I think I will hem this skirt by another 2 inches. It is still too long and and my legs look too short.

TC PETITES Red Skirt (lined and 100% wool)

Skirt: GoodWill

Top: Club Monaco

Shoes: Stuart Weitzman

Wanted Wednesdays: Tory Burch Flats

I have been eying this pair of shoe for a while.  I promised myself if I find them, I will not take them for granted like I have done with my other shoes.

I can wear this when I need a break from the heels on my wedding day. I would probably take one or two pair of shoes on my honeymoon and these would make the cut for sure.

I can see myself frolicking around the streets of Paris for hours in these, going from museum to museum.  I can wear skirts, jeans and dresses with these.

Unfortunately these white beauties in a size 4 are sold out at Nordstroms (as well as every online shop out there).  Below is just the beginning of what I would wear with them.  There are so many pieces in my closet that match these.
